   Very easy to fit but bc of the size is a little too big for my mouth and I can't wear it anymore due to it creating pressure sores but it truly did work! If there is other sizes available I'd def get a smaller size but I don't believe it is available as of rn sad news for me.

   I waited 3 days after i had tried this product to write this review. The molding instruction is straight forward. I watched the video and paused it several times to keep up. I will advise using the video instead of the instruction manual. The manual has a link to the video. I did the molding twice, though i think i didn't have to do the second time, but i did to be certain. Make sure you are aware of the upper and lower part reading. I had to get my glasses and and put on better lighting to be certain. Remember, both words ends with letters 'ER', that almost threw me off. After i molded with my mouth, i felt a little swelling and pain in the (read this well) inner gums of my lower front teeth (get that?). But after about 3 minutes, the swelling all but disappeared and the pain was totally gone. I inserted it into my mouth and went to sleep. The result was amazingly incredible. I had a bit of drooling (eww) and i went straight to bathroom to take the devise off. I had a bit of bleeding when i rinsed my mouth but there was no feeling of any cut or pain whatsoever. It felt a bit weird closing my teeth together as it was temporary misaligned because of the setting i made to the product. The second night i noticed a little bleeding again during rinse off the next morning. Still no pain nor cut. And the 3rd time, there was no bleeding at all. I usually sleep on my back and then switch to my sides, never on my chest. Depending on how far you set the devise, you might experience little drooling if you sleep on your chest or sides. I notice i don't get that when i'm on my back. Again, it depends on the settings, if you set it so that your mouth easily closes, then you won't drool, but that might not be the most effective setting as in my case. So a balance has to be struck. It takes a few nights of playing around with. Overall, I will give this product a 5 star. For the price in comparison to its effectiveness. I will recommend this.

   I’m 45 years old and have been married for going on 23 years. I have snored my whole life. In 2019 I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea but I won’t wear a cpap. This year I thought I would try to get the inspire implant but the home sleep study showed I have mild sleep apnea so I didn’t meet the requirements. I’ve tried so many otc apnea products and none have worked but the sleep specialist suggested I get a similar device from a dentist and I found this for way less cost and I am so happy I did! For the past year and half at least I’ve had to sleep apart from my husband because of my snoring and now I’m not snoring and we can again share a bed. What’s even better is I now wake up feeling rested instead of feeling like I need sleep. I’m so happy I bought this and recommend trying it if you snore.

   I rarely write a review but for all the snorers out there this is miraculous! I have tried every type of product to stop snoring... little tubes that go in your nostrils to expand them, a nose clip on your septum, breathe right strips, throat sprays etc etc. I almost feel like I've been punked because I just never expected anything to actually work that I could buy online for 60 bucks.I have an app on my phone (SnoreLab) that records my snoring and I am normally off the charts with a score of about 298 which is awful. Last night I received a score of 8 and there was literally no snoring, maybe a cough or something once in awhile to add up a total time of snoring to 1 minute during a nine hour sleep. I'm really floored, please buy this. My boyfriend is so ecstatic, as am I. I was so tired of waking up exhausted, immediately wanting to go right back to bed. I was just struggling to breathe all night it seemed. I feel refreshed, it does hurt a little bit but if you're tired enough you ju...More

Once it's melted/soft and you can push your teeth and sink them down into it for the mold, it's much better. It does feel a little big , but if you're like me you'll do anything and it really isn't that bad. I'm looking forward to going on girls trips etc again, as once I realized just how awful my snoring was there was no way I was going to sleep or share rooms with other people. Yay!

   This does what it says it will do, but I found that my jaw felt like it was moving permanently. I didn’t sleep well with it, but I think my husband slept better when I used it (I snored less). I stopped using it because I felt like it would cause longer term issues with my bite.

   It is an adequate replacement for my CPAP while I am camping. I found the fit to be OK but it takes awhile to get use to it.

   I have used Soothie AirFlow for ten years. It works for me as long as I’m on my side or stomach. Set up is easy: boil mouth guard for one minute and bite down on softened guard before it hardens. Comfort: It works by pulling your lower jaw into a slight underbite position, which opens the throat and prevents the soft palate from vibrating as you breathe. It will take 1-2 weeks to get used to sleeping with the guard. The guard itself is small enough that you can close your mouth; an open mouth means a pool of slobber. Yuck. The cost: It is $60. That’s steep for a simple device. But it beats getting poked and pinched by my wife.

   I was putting off a sleep study for a while now but my snoring was getting worse and always felt tired in the morning. Had a home sleep study done and the device reported that I stopped breathing 22 times and hour. I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. So I then did the overnight study and it was a mess. Didn't sleep and the tech kept just messing with the masks and pressure to where there was high pressure with a nose mask and as soon as I relaxed my tongue would relax and the pressure would shoot out my mouth waking me up. I'm waiting to talk to the pulmonologist about the results to come up with a plan. After reading about this mouth pieces, I practiced extending my lower jaw away from my upper and could tell it was putting some distance between the pallet and my airway so it made sense. After creating the impression fitting, it fit really well and I didn't have any issues with discomfort or breathing. I woke up feeling more rested then I had in a long time. I recorded the night and there was only random points of heavy breathing were i started breathing out of my mouth from my nose becoming stuffy from nasal spray wearing off. I'm going to play with the setting, but after one night I'm really impressed and what of feeling of relief. My wife said she slept through the night which is my gauge for how much I wake her up with snoring. My lower jaw felt naturally out of place after waking, but then felt normal after 15 mins or so. My teeth were a little bit sore but went away even quicker.

   I am a heavy teeth grinder so my wife thought we (me) should give it a try. I’ve used other (smaller) bite guards in the past but I chew them to pieces in just a couple of days. This device is larger and thicker. It’s only been two nights. It is going to take some getting used to. I find that I take it out at some point during my slumber and place it on the nightstand but I don’t wake up with the headaches from my intense teeth grinding. I will continue its use so I can get used to the device.

This immediately stopped me from snoring. I have a sleep tracking device and my data the next morning showed a significant improvement in my amount of restful sleep. It works, period. The science behind it is pretty simple. The mouthguard keeps your jaw in a more forward position which keeps your airway from closing while you sleep. I am a bit overweight and have obstructive sleep apnea. I refuse to get a CPAP. Now I don't need one. Sleeping with a mouthguard isn't the most comfortable thing in the world and takes a few nights getting used to. Still far better than being hooked up to a machine.    My husband never use to snore. It came out of nowhere and it has been terrible. He is insulted if I escape to the guest room, but I am AWAKE all night if I don't. He has tried many over the counter attempts to alleviate the snoring to no avail. We finally wound up taking him to the doctor to rule out sleep apnea, which I thought he must have. He did not, and the doctor recommended that he try Soothie AirFlow Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece – Helps Stop Snoring – The Original Anti-Snoring Solution. I was amazed with the results. He has not snored in the month since we bought it. This is a MUST TRY for anyone impacted by snoring. He does say that he is not comfortable wearing it, but meh hunch is that his discomfort does not match the discomfort of my sleep deprivation so he does wear it nightly. I am thrilled that a $60 over the counter mouth guard has been so helpful.

   It’s only day 3 but it’s worked each and every night keeping my airway open, and my sleep has been snore-free. I’m normally not a snorer, but since starting prescribed sleeping pills for insomnia, here we are. My husband is so relieved something is finally working! I’ve tried breathe-strips and nasal passages openers, and am so happy I finally have found something that works, and at a completely reasonable price. My jaw is a little sore and I’ve woken up in discomfort a couple times but I can already feel my jaw getting used to the new position it’s being held in, and the instructions said it would take up to a week. Bottom line, would totally recommend if you’re striking out with other products.

   I was skeptical at first, but it really works! I wake up refreshed and no longer groggy. I have an overbite and it stops my jaw from sliding back. My spouse sleeps better with me no longer snoring. Saved me from the CPAP route. My only wish is it was smaller, less plastic.

   I got this to stop snoring and to get my wife to stop waking me up because I snore. My ENT said because I switch from nose to mouth breathing when I sleep there was nothing he could do except for me try one of these devices. A few things to keep in mind I have a slight over bite. I drink alcohol about every night which my ENT said "that is not helping". Ive already had my dieavated septum corrected 8 years ago. With this device I can still enjoy my adult beverages each night. I have never had the device fall out while sleeping. I highly suggest reading all the directions first before you start the process and follow them to a T.

   Well I was like yeah right! I have had sleep apnea all my life. I have been on the c-pap machine and then I got heavier and lazy so I never got refitted. Then next thing you know boom I’m back to snoring like a freight train going through grand central station in NY. My wife gets up and goes to the second bedroom. Not fun! So I kept hearing about this zyppah thing on Satellite radio. I’m like ok whatever. So my snoring gets worse and worse so I’m like nothing from nothing leaves nothing. I look up zyppah they want like $100+ or something. Then I heard about another similar brand and I check them out they were cheaper but then the thought occurred to me just keep searching so I did a BAM I landed on Soothie AirFlow. They actually have way better reviews then the name brands and half the price. So again, nothing from nothing. I tried it. HA! Day one SNORING GONE! Gone SON! My wife says baby I didn’t hear anything all night. Well I’m on day one but so far so good.

   I have used this product for many years and it appears to work well. I think it is a little expensive ($60.00) for one. Most times I have ordered it 2 for $60. Maybe that was a special or something but I was surprised when I only got one.

   I tried multiple other snore devices and they just did not fit correctly. I like this one best and it really helps. It helps when sleeping on your side. It really doesn't help sleeping on your back.

   Had the product for a few weeks now. This was recommended to me by someone and I was skeptical at first. I was viewing this as an alternative to a cpap machine. I knocked a star off for comfort because, let’s be honest, it’s a mouth guard. It doesn’t feel natural completely. To fit the piece you boil it like a football mouth guard. Only when you bite in it to mold it you have to jut your lower jaw forward past your upper. This is so when you wear it at night it pulls your jaw forward. This in effect acts like a jaw thrust maneuver in EMS. It holds your airway open. It works very well if you are a stomach sleeper like myself. I was heaving every night (per my wife) with frequent rounds of apnea, and VERY loud snoring. Like the neighbors can hear loud. Now I lay perfectly still with no snoring whatsoever when on my stomach. On my side there is occasional snoring but it isn’t as loud. On my back snoring is more frequent but nowhere near as loud. I’ll adjust review later if need be. The fit took about 10 days to gradually adjust to it. At first I was gagging using it. I trimmed it back a bit and over a few nights got used to it. I recommend using a sleep aid the first week or so to help you sleep with it. Stick with it for a few weeks and it becomes easier to fall asleep with. I don’t even wake up at night like I used to. Overall this is worth a shot ESPECIALLY if you are a stomach sleeper. Edit: one year later. Just ordered a second one. After about 6 months it definitely needs to be re-molded. It loses its perfect fit and "grip" and slides out of place. I think I'll have to order a new one every 8 months give or take to keep the fit right.

I am writing this review now, as I wanted to give a more accurate account over some time, versus a few nights. This product was the real deal for me and I just re-ordered a new one. The product is still holding up fine, I just want to have 2 on hand to rotate and maintain a clean guard at all times to increase the life of it. One more thing I wanted to note. This product seemed to stay 'suctioned' to my upper and lower jaw better than the SnoreX. Hence why I think it performs better. Keep in mind, everyone has a different mouth, but I am more than happy with the results.

I’ve tried over a dozen different brands of oral appliances for bruxism and snoring, even spent a couple grand at a sleep dentist. None of those devices were able to replace my CPAP. My CPAP, in turn, does not totally eliminate my grinding. This Soothie AirFlow Pro works well with my CPAP so that I don’t wake up with bite wounds inside my cheeks, plus my AI number is consistent lower than without the device. A FEW TIPS: 1) My teeth feel better in the morning if I use Vaseline on the part that contacts my teeth. 2) If you use a CPAP and the air tends to blow out between your teeth, I found it easy to get used to closing the breathing holes with my tongue. This Soothie AirFlow Pro works well with my CPAP so that I don’t wake up with bite wounds inside my cheeks, plus my AI number is consistent lower than without the device. A FEW TIPS: 1) My teeth feel better in the morning if I use Vaseline on the part that contacts my teeth. 2) If you use a CPAP and the air tends to blow out between your teeth, I found it easy to get used to closing the breathing holes with my tongue. I use Vaseline there too, to keep my tongue from drying out. The device is thick enough that is difficult to close my lips over it. 3) I clean it with foaming antibacterial hand soap and soak it in diluted mouthwash a few times a week. If you use Vaseline on it, wipe that off with tissue before washing. 4) Part of the softer part has come a bit loose from the harder center part. It still is mostly attached and works perfectly well. 5) If your lips are dry in the morning, Vaseline is the answer again, simply put a good amount on your lips at bedtime. REQUEST TO MANUFACTURERS: Include how long to keep in the hot water for fitting. And please, please, keep this at the rational low price. It is so much appreciated.    I've tried several mouthguards over the years, but this one seems to be the best I've used in both comfort and reduced snoring. It's a bit expensive compared with some models, but it is worth it in the long run. Here are my observations: Moulding process: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! The included printed instructions fail to mention how long to leave it in the hot water, but both the video and the description on say 60-90 seconds. I used 80. Make the small investment of time to watch the video to avoid mistakes that WILL affect fit, comfort, and performance. Although it seems large at first, if moulded properly, it will be quite comfortable compared with other brands. Adjustment: I like the fact that you can move the bottom plate forward, if necessary, but don't overdue it. The problem is that if your jaw starts to ache while you sleep, you drop your teeth out of the bottom and defeat the purpose of the mouthguard entirely. I just got a fresh new guard and got a better mould. It works much better. Longevity: I recently moulded my 7th mouthguard in 4 years, so I would plan on about 6 months per guard. $75 per year to reduce snoring and get my wife back in bed with me is a good investment. Comfort: Better than any other mouthguard I've used. Snoring reduction. Works most of the time for me. Bottom line. I still think this is one of the best on the market and worth the price. I often recommend it to friends who struggle with snoring.

   I used an app, SnoreLab, on my phone to get a baseline for how bad my snoring was. I had taken a few trips with friends and when we shared a hotel they were aghast at how bad my snoring was. One friend who has Apnea himself said that he knew I was having trouble breathing and it was affecting my rest. After this device I now have absolutely no snoring. It's amazing. I also wake feeling so much different. I feel alert and so well rested even on 6 to 7 hours and even after having alcohol. Make sure you properly fit the device as it does have a top and bottom. You must keep track of that when fitting it.

   I have mild sleep apnea and had poor sleep quality for over a year. When I first heard of the MAD mouthpiece, I was skeptical. I bought it as everything else I tried before had failed on me. This one actually worked! I use an iPhone app to record my sleep noise. Since I started using Soothie AirFlow, I never recorded me snoring. I still woke up at night but it is much less frequent compared to the past. The mouthpiece puts a lot of pressure on the teeth. So I am concerned it may have a long term negative impact. Also, when I use it, it's hard to close my lips, causing dry mouth. I found I need to use it along with a chinstraps to keep my mouth closed during sleep. Overall, I am happy with Soothie AirFlow. It's a life saver.

His only complaints have been that he drools with it in and it did make his teeth sore the first few nights. Other than that, he is floored that this has worked so well. We will definitely be keeping this bad boy at all times. And hey, it’s soooo much easier to travel with too!! No plugs, no lugging big equipment around. Just pop it in the case it comes with and toss it in your bag, done!

The difference, instead of going to the doctor to have it regularly adjusted, you adjust it yourself. It literally takes a fraction of a second! Just slowly work your way up to where you need to be. I no longer need to get the surgery either (something with shaving off part of the base of my tongue). I find my sleep is better than it is with my CPAP. I've even used both at the same time... better yet! Your teeth will feel weird, especially at first. You get used to it. When they don't feel weird, that's when you know it's time to adjust it. I saw some comments that people had sore jaws. I did not experience that. I'd imagine they just needed to make the adjustments more gradually. You do have to clean it daily. You will notice as soon as you put it in your mouth if you didn't clean it. What I don't care for: it does make me drool on my pillow on rare occasion when my allergies are buggin'. Still is better than having a CPAP mask on my face. Nothing says unsexy like a giant CPAP mask! Added bonus: I travel a lot for work, carrying this instead of a CPAP is amazingly better. Lighter luggage, more room in my bag. I have TSA Pre-Check so I didn't have to take my CPAP out but if you don't have pre-check or pre-check is closed you have to take out your CPAP at security and put your CPAP in those dirty bins. Not with this mouthpiece. Just sayin' is all.
